When a tech sub-committee outlives its mandate

Many of the sub-committees set up between 2017 and 2022 have outlived the mandate they were given. Their members are excellent, but the brief has rotted. Three options are realistic: fold the committee into Audit, attach a sunset clause, or rewrite the brief to focus on disclosure rather than oversight. The wrong move is to keep the meeting on the calendar and hope.
